Note: 304 stainless is great for Cat-bypass Pipes, Cat-Back Exhausts, and Normally Aspirated Headers, but is not suitable for any Turbocharged Header, Up Pipe, or the first 12 inches of Down Pipe due to the extreme temperatures of Turbocharged applications.
304 stainless will crack in short order if used in these component applications!
We only use 321 stainless for ALL of our Turbocharged Headers, Up Pipes, and Down Pipes. Yes, it is a little more expensive, but well worth the price.
If you purchase any exhaust component from any other company, put a magnet up to all of the different parts of the component you purchased (such as the Flanges). If that part of the component is magnetic- It is mild steel, not stainless. Therefore the product you purchased IS NOT 100% stainless! All of our components ARE 100% Stainless.

Note: 3.5" and 4.0" Cat-Back exhausts will transition from the 3.0" four bolt flange. The transition will be 3.0" at the flange, and transition to 3.5" or 4.0" about four inches back from flange. The mufflers used will also be 3.5" or 4.0" I.D. with a 7.0" canister diameter. The tip size can be 4.0", 4.5", or 5.0".
Optional V-band clamp in place of the four bolt flange will be an additional $100
Welding of other side of V-band clamp flange to the Cat Bypass pipe will be required. If you have a 3.0" Cat Bypass pipe, we can do this for an additional $100 labor if your Cat Bypass pipe is off the car or shipped to us. If we remove your Cat Bypass pipe for you, this will be an additional $100 labor.
Note: All of our Cat-Back Exhausts come with Polished muffler and Tip.

This is a true 3.0" diameter at custom 3 bolt flange to a full 3.5" back to Cat-back pipe. At the end where it connects to the Cat-back pipe we use a 3.5" or 4" V-band clamp. This pipe is custom, and will not bolt right up to any other companies Cat-back pipe. So, you may build your own Cat-back exhaust to go with this cat Bypass Pipe, or we can make one for you. Also requires our True 3.0" down pipe.

Wastegate Outlet Pipe
This pipe is required if you are installing an adjustable F46 TiAL wastegate onto your 1986 through 1989 944 Turbo.
Brand new polished 321 stainless wastegate outlet pipe, with CNC machined flange $225

We can also custom build one off of your stock outlet pipe as seen in photos above for $170
Send us your stock pipe, we will cut off the stock flange and weld in a new CNC machined flange in the correct location, fully polish, and send back the same day. You pay shipping both ways.

Down Pipes

This is the outlet pipe which comes off of the turbocharger and goes to the catalytic converter pipe or cat-bypass pipe.
The stock 951 down pipe is 2.5". Our down pipes are larger for quicker turbocharger spool-up, and high horse power applications.
Our 2.75" Down Pipe is designed to work with any Cat Bypass pipe from stock to 3" and has the stock 10mm 3 stud arrangement.
Our 3" Down Pipe merges from 2.75" at the flange off of the turbocharger and transitions to 3" to make room for the 10mm (14mm head) nuts at the turbocharger and has 8mm studs on the triangle flange outlet to the cat bypass for use of 12mm head nuts to make room for a socket.
Our "True" 3" Down Pipe is available for GT turbochargers using a TiAL V-band type outlet and is a full 3" all the way from the turbocharger to a custom 3 bolt flange, and uses 8mm studs at the 3 bolt flange to make room for a 12mm head nut. The 3 bolt flange also has a wider configuration for the 3" pipe and will ONLY work with our "True" 3" Cat Bypass Pipe. This Down Pipe is $500 and comes polished only as shown below. This is a Custom Part.

If you are using a stock cat-pipe you may need a new stock stainless O-ring seal, and if you are using a race cat-pipe which does not have a stock type O-ring, we have copper gaskets for that type of pipe at an addition cost of $30
