To change the stroke of your crank from the stock 78.9mm (2.5 liter 944, 924S, 944S, 944 Turbo) to 88mm (3.0 liter 944S2 and 968) and cross-drill, knife-edged, lighten, balance, nitride, and micro polished $1,625
Note: Optionally we offer a hardening process called Nitride. This is a super hard treatment performed to a crank after all machine work has been completed, to make the crank much more durable. It is a must for racing applications! This is the same process the factory uses on all of their cranks. If you send your crank off, or buy a crank from any other company, and they have done any machine work to the journals, they have cut through this super hard surface. Make sure you ask them if the crank has been "Nitride Hardened"!

When you return your rebuildable good used crank, we will refund the core charge.
If you do not want to pay a core charge, send us your crank and we will perform whatever service you want and send it back to you within two to 4 weeks.

944, 944S, 924S, 944 Turbo 100mm bore 2.5 liter blocks to 102mm bore 2.6 liter with stock stroke or
102mm bore with 88mm stoke 2.9 liter
1989 944, 944S2, and 968 blocks sleeved to stock 104mm bore 2.7 liter with 78.9mm stroke or 3.0 liter with 88mm stroke. Also can go to 106mm bore with these blocks.
We have been sleeving blocks from 1996 with great success. These blocks have been race proven in the Rolex24 at Daytona many times with no problems!
The nice thing about steel sleeves is that pistons and rings are readily available (unlike MAHLE and KS pistons and rings).

Depending on your engine displacement and HP requirements, we have a bunch of different ways to go with our custom built T3 hybrid or GT DBB type turbochargers.
Call us and let us know what you want to do with your engine, and what your HP expectations are, and we will give you advice on what turbocharger to use.

The oil feed and oil drain hoses are required when installing the Billet GT Turbo Mount.

Autosport Intercoolers

The Level Two intercooler requires cutting out the sheet metal piece between the bumper shocks.

Fits 1986 944 Turbo with modification needed if you have the early style cross-over pipe. Also requires our stainless wastegate outlet pipe which dumps back into cat or cat bypass pipe.
Direct bolt onto any late style 1987 through 1989 944 Turbo crossover pipe, but will need our stainless wastegate outlet pipe which dumps back into cat or cat bypass pipe.
These wastegates are fully controllable with a manual type or electronic type boost controller (not included)
Available in red, blue, purple, yellow, black, or silver anodize.
